The Castle city of Serbia is a free archaeological site and does not have a WC or a refreshment room. The restaurant located in the area of Agioi Anargyroi is the closest to the archaeological site.

The marked routes on the site include a steep climb and many stairs and are not recommended for visitors with mobility and health problems. Visitors are advised to stock up on water before their ascent, especially in the summer months. There are rest seats and benches in many parts of the archaeological site, as well as a large information stand near the citadel.

The Castle city of the Seria is a free archaeological site. The Ephorate of Antiquities of Kozani does not have guards or tour guides on site, but has placed information signs at the most important monuments of the main route from the entrance of the archaeological site to the citadel. Volunteers from the Municipality of Servia occasionally assist visitors in their tour of the site.
